I was an office manager for a creative company and am finding difficulty finding a job . I ve been the top two in for several positions but never made it past that.

I’ve found that having interesting hobbies outside of work has helped me. In interviews, you have more than just work experience to bring to the table. You can talk about how your hobbies influence your work life. Sometimes, it’s a matter of finding the right fit. I’ve been on a few interviews that I thought were perfect for me, and then the person they hired had a very different skill set than me. I know it sounds cliche, but the right company and the right opportunity has a way of finding you.
